Mandatum Life’s Money mobile service goes where you go and keeps you up to date on your contract’s performance.

The Mandatum Life Money (ML Money) mobile app offers wealth management clients and those covered by Sesam pension insurance the opportunity to monitor their investments quickly and conveniently.

The ML Money app can be easily downloaded to iOS or Android devices from app stores.

Download the app easily

The ML Money mobile service is easy and fast to activate. The service is suitable for iOS and Android phones. In order to activate the app and log in you will require personal banking codes. The next time you log in you will only need a personal ID and password. Use the service in Finnish, Swedish or English.

1. Download the ML Money mobile app onto your phone from an app store. You can find the app using the search term "Mandatum Life" (Apple App Store and Google Play).

2. Once you have downloaded the app, accept the service's terms of use and proceed to authentication.

3. Activate the service using your online banking codes.

4. Log in to the mobile service using the six-digit user ID provided to you by Mandatum Life and the four-digit password you have chosen. If you wish, the service will remember your
user ID. After the activation of the app you no longer need your banking codes for logging in.

Features for wealth management clients

Through the service, you can view your investments on both the contract and portfolio levels, and take a closer look at information on individual holdings. You can see your Wealth Management contract, Pro Investment Insurance or Sesam pension insurance.

 

In the service you can:

  • see the total market value of and return on your contracts.
  • see the market value and return on individual contracts and portfolios.
  • see the market value and purchase value of an individual holding, its amount and its share of the total market value of the portfolio.
  • receive messages about, for example, your investment objects, market events or new investment objects. The messages will appear in the ‘messages’ section of the app. If you would like the notification to appear immediately on your screen, you can activate the push notification feature.
  • get in touch with your wealth management contact person with a single click, either by phone or email.

The contract’s yield graph allows you to compare returns between different periods. The illustrative diagrams and graphic elements included in the service make it easier for you to compare information.

Features for Sesam pension insurance customers

As a Sesam pension insurance customer, you can see the total value and return of your supplementary pension insurance savings, as well as an estimate of your future pension based on your pension savings.

 

In the service you can: 

  • see an estimate of your future pension in your personal pension estimate. 
  • see how your savings are allocated into different investments and what those investments are yielding.
  • receive messages on current topics. The messages will appear in the ‘messages’ section of the app.
  • enable push notifications, so you will know immediately when your employer adds savings to your contract.
  • contact our customer service with one click on your phone.

FAQ

1. What devices is the service suitable for?

The ML Money app is suitable for iOS and Android. The app is optimised for iPhones and Samsung phones and can also be used on an iPad. For more detailed information on the required operating system version, check the information available in the app store. Only download the app from a reliable source, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

2. Can I view the situation of my individual holdings using the service?

You can use the ML Money mobile service to view individual holdings and their market value. Their purchase value, amount and their share of the entire portfolio are also provided. The service also allows you to view your investments on both the contract and portfolio levels.

3. The app will ask you for permission to send push notifications. How do I control push notifications?

Mandatum Life will send you in-app messages, for example, about your investment objects, market events or new investment objects. The messages will appear in the ‘messages’ section of the app. If you would like the notification to appear immediately on your screen, you can activate the push notification feature. The notifications will say that you have received a message from Mandatum Life, without going into specific details about the contents of the message. In your phone’s settings, you can disable push notifications if you so choose. You can manage the notifications according to each app in your phone’s settings by turning them off or back on at any time. This feature is only available for iOS and Android.

4. I forgot my password. How can I log in to the service again?

The "Forgot your password or user ID?" function can be found on the log-in page of the service. You can create a new password or recover a forgotten user ID by logging in to the service using your personal banking codes. If you have any questions, our customer service is available at the number 0200 31100 (local network fee/mobile fee).

5. My phone was stolen and I was logged in to the ML Money service. How can I close the service?

The app logs you out of the service automatically after 15 minutes if you do not use it. The purpose of the time-out feature is to prevent misuse of the information contained in the app. The app does not save the app's password or information classified as confidential insurance information in the device. You can also contact our customer service, report the incident and ask our customer service to close your account.

6. I am a corporate customer. Can I log in to the service?

Yes. The service is also available to corporate wealth management customers who have a Wealth Management Contract or Pro Investment Insurance.

7. I am a private customer as well as a corporate customer. How can I use the mobile service in both roles?

You can change your role by clicking "Change role" at the top-right corner.

8. Can I see my pension insurance contract in the service?

The service is intended for Mandatum Life’s Wealth Management customers who have a Wealth Management Contract or Pro Investment Insurance, and for pension insurance customers who are covered by Sesam supplementary insurance. Unfortunately, you cannot view, for example, individual pension insurance contracts, savings contracts or investment insurance in the service.

9. How can I give feedback?

Feedback on mobile service matters can be given to our customer service at the number 0200 31100 (local network fee/mobile fee). You can also give feedback using the form at the bottom of the page.
